Inbox & pipeline
The unified inbox
One searchable inbox across every account and inbox type — list, threads, and rich media.
One inbox across everything
Kanso unifies every connected account and inbox type — Classic, Sales Navigator, Recruiter, and company pages — into a single view: your threads on the left, the open conversation on the right.
The conversation list
- Sortable, filterable list showing name, last-message preview, stage, unread state, timestamp, avatar, headline, and network distance.
- Command-palette filters: Press ⌘K / Ctrl+K to filter by stage, read/unread, date window (today / 7d / 30d / older), has-draft / no-draft, and sort.
- Reminder shortcuts: Quick links to due and upcoming reminders, plus clear-all-filters.
- Pagination: Page sizes of 10 / 25 / 50 / 100, URL-synced for deep-linking.
- Live indicator: A green pulse and auto-refresh when a new message lands (Redis-backed signal, polling fallback).
- Unread badges: Per conversation and per inbox folder.
The thread view
- Chronological thread with grouped bubbles, avatars, smart timestamps, and inbound/outbound styling.
- URLs are auto-linkified.
- Multi-inbox switcher: When the same person has threads across Classic / Sales Nav / Recruiter / company pages, toggle between them.
- Contact panel: A collapsible side panel with name, headline, location, and network distance.
- History paging: “Load earlier” pulls up to ~1,000 messages.
- Mark read: Mirrors the read state back to LinkedIn.
Media & rich content
Attachments and shared content render inline, safely.
- Images: Auth-proxied so expiring URLs still render, with retry + a chip fallback.
- File chips: PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, TXT, CSV.
- Video chips: MP4, QuickTime, WebM.
- Voice / audio chips: M4A, AAC, MP4, MPEG.
- Link previews: URLs unfurl to title/description/image/favicon cards — server-side OpenGraph scrape, SSRF-guarded and cached.
- Shared LinkedIn posts: Render as preview cards inline.
