Connections CRM
Your network as a filterable database, contact profiles, and profile enrichment.
Your network as a database
Your 1st-degree network becomes a filterable, actionable database — Contacts (a.k.a. “People”) — instead of a list you scroll.
- Paginated, searchable table with avatar, headline, connected date, and enrichment status.
- Messaged / not-messaged filter: Derived live from the conversation store — ideal for targeting who to reach next.
- Generous limits: Your contact list is capped by your plan; a large network reads as an upgrade signal, never a hard sync block.
The contact profile
Each contact opens a full profile with a sticky sidebar (role, location, connected & enriched dates, and links to the thread or LinkedIn) and four tabs.
About the person and their top skills.
The profile header carries badges (Premium, Creator, Open-to-Work, Hiring), network distance, and follower / connection / post counts, and links straight to the 1:1 conversation.
Profile enrichment
Pull a full profile plus recent activity in one call — on demand or in bulk.
- On-demand: Enrich a single profile (full profile + ~10 recent posts) in one call.
- Bulk: Enrich by explicit selection or by filter (e.g. all unmessaged, connected within N days); the first ~10 enrich instantly, the rest drain via a paced background worker.
- One-click: “Enrich unmessaged” targets exactly the people you haven’t reached.
- Live queue: A banner shows queued / running / used today / remaining.
- Rich data: Experience, education, skills (with endorsements), languages, certifications, projects, volunteering, websites, contact info, and recent posts.
- Sales Navigator routing: Enrichment uses the premium product when the account has it.
- Resilient: Re-enrich support; throttled sections are tracked so a later pass fills gaps, and a profile-only fallback commits even if posts fail.
